An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join a friendly, two-form entry primary school in the SN3 area of Swindon. This warm and welcoming school is known for its strong community spirit, creative approach to learning, and commitment to helping every child thrive.

About the School

The school has recently welcomed a new Headteacher who is enthusiastic about continuing to build on its strengths and fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and care.

There is also a well-equipped resource base that supports a wide range of needs and helps ensure every child can access learning in a way that suits them best. Classrooms are bright, well-resourced, and designed to inspire curiosity, independence, and creativity.

Staff work closely together to create a supportive and inclusive environment where both children and adults can flourish.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

  • Upholding safeguarding, health & safety, and all school policies

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 3 experience desirable)

  • A creative and adaptable approach to teaching

  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Why Join This School?

  • A collaborative and creative teaching culture

  • Enthusiastic and curious learners who love being part of their classroom community

  • Beautiful outdoor spaces and excellent facilities that enrich teaching and learning
