They are now looking for a dedicated and passionate Year 3 teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September. This position is full-time.

Your new role

• Plan and deliver engaging and innovative lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum, fostering curiosity and critical thinking.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment where pupils feel encouraged, supported, and confident in their learning.
• Assess and track student progress, providing tailored feedback to help each child reach their potential.
• Promote collaboration and independent learning, equipping children with strong foundational skills for their educational journey.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure a well-rounded approach to student development.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching KS2, particularly Year 3.
• A creative and adaptable teaching style that engages and motivates young learners.
• Strong classroom management skills, fostering an atmosphere of enthusiasm and active participation.
• The ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team and build positive relationships with families.
• A passion for education, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to make learning exciting and meaningful.
