About the Role
Destination Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Primary School Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Tottenham. This full-time role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about Key Stage 2 education and committed to delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that support pupils’ academic and personal development. You will work closely with year group colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders to ensure all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately.
You will take full responsibility for a Year 3 class, planning and delivering creative lessons that cater to a range of learning abilities while maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with additional needs.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to parents’ evenings and staff meetings.
Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.The Ideal Candidate

Holds QTS or equivalent.
Has recent experience teaching in a UK primary school, ideally in Key Stage 2.
Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Has excellent curriculum knowledge and the ability to differentiate effectively.
