Salary: MPS 1–6 (dependent on experience)

The Role

As the Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:

* Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

* Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.

* Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.

* Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

* Promote high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development.

* Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

* Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3, although strong ECTs are encouraged to apply.

* Excellent classroom management skills.

* A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 National Curriculum.

* High expectations for pupil progress and behaviour.

* The ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners.

* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

* A positive, flexible and proactive approach to teaching.
