A primary school in Birmingham rated "Good" by Ofsted is looking for an enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their dedicated team this April! This role offers the exciting opportunity to take on a Phase Lead position, allowing you to have a significant impact on the development of the whole Key Stage 2 phase, while also teaching Year 3 pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Year 3 pupils through a creative and challenging curriculum.


• Take on the Phase Lead role, overseeing the development of Key Stage 2 teaching and learning.


• Promote the social, emotional, and academic development of pupils.


• Work with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status


• Experience teaching KS2 and a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.


• Leadership experience or a desire to take on leadership responsibilities.


• Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing young learners.
