Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Year 3 pupils through an engaging and balanced curriculum, ensuring their academic progress.


• Oversee the development of the Year 3 cohort as a Year Group Lead (TLR responsibility).


• Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic growth.


• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure all pupils are supported in their learning.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status.


• Experience teaching Year 3 and a passion for Key Stage 2 education.


• Leadership experience, or a strong interest in developing leadership skills.
