Aspire People are currently recruiting for a passionate and committed Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Tottington, Bury, from January 2027.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher seeking a part-time teaching position, working just 3 days per week, whilst continuing to make a real difference to children's learning and development.

The position is ongoing and would suit an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher looking for greater flexibility. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) may also be considered.

The Role

* Deliver engaging, creative and inclusive lessons to a Year 3 class.
* Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with the National Curriculum.
* Create a positive, supportive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and school leadership.
* Maintain high expectations of behaviour, progress and achievement.
* Commit to working 3 days per week on an ongoing basis.

Essential Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification.
* Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
* An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
* References covering the last 2 years of employment or relevant history.
* The legal right to work in the UK.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic approach to teaching.

ECTs are welcome to apply and may be considered based on relevant experience.
