Your Role:

In Year 3, you’ll be teaching a diverse group of learners, supporting them as they move from the foundational skills of Key Stage 1 into the more challenging Key Stage 2 curriculum. Your focus will be on fostering independent thinking and learning, with a strong emphasis on literacy, numeracy, and science. You’ll deliver creative and engaging lessons that help children become confident problem-solvers and critical thinkers.

What We Need:

• QTS with experience teaching in Key Stage 2


• A creative, flexible approach to lesson planning and classroom management


• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and parents


• The ability to manage a mixed-ability classroom and differentiate lessons to meet individual needs
