The Role- Year 3 Teacher
As a Year 3 Teacher, you will support pupils as they transition further into Key Stage 2, helping them build confidence, independence, and resilience in their learning. The successful Year 3 Teacher will deliver creative and engaging lessons across the curriculum while ensuring all pupils are supported and challenged appropriately.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing pupil progress, and creating an inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and a love of learning. This Year 3 Teacher role offers the opportunity to work closely with a supportive leadership team and experienced colleagues who are committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child.
What We're Looking for in a Year 3 Teacher:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) A motivated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher with a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum Experience delivering engaging and differentiated lessons, including support for pupils with SEND High expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil progress Strong communication and teamwork skills A reflective and adaptable approach to teachingKey Responsibilities- Year 3 Teacher:
