Location: Liverpool Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Temporary - Full Time Pay: £150-£2232.58 per day (dependent on experience)
Spencer Clarke Group are working with a welcoming primary school in Liverpool who are seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to take full responsibility for a Year 3 class and support pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, inspire a love of learning and help pupils build the confidence, independence and core skills needed for continued success throughout KS2.
The school offers a supportive leadership team, excellent classroom resources and a collaborative working environment. Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
The Role:
Take full responsibility for a Year 3 class.
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs.
Deliver high-quality lessons across the full primary curriculum.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues and senior leaders.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and carers.
Participate in PPA, staff meetings, parents' evenings and wider school life.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Experience teaching or completing placements within KS2 is desirable.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Passion for delivering engaging, creative and inclusive lessons.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
