Year 3 Teacher | Manchester

Are you an energetic Year 3 Teacher keen to join a progressive primary school in Manchester from January 2026? We are recruiting a confident classroom practitioner to lead Year 3 learning, promoting strong foundations as pupils move into upper Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative planning with the Year 3 team and support assistants in delivering small-group work.


• Communicate progress to parents and contribute to reporting and moderation.


• Support enrichment activities and the school’s wider pastoral and community work.

Person specification

• Qualified teacher with recent experience in Key Stage 2 and strong Year 3 practice.


• Excellent subject knowledge and the ability to plan engaging curriculum sequences.


• Calm, organised and able to manage classroom routines effectively.


• Ready to start January 2026 and to work in Manchester.


• Motivated to contribute positively to school improvement and pupil outcomes.
