The Role

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will create engaging and inspiring learning experiences that encourage pupils to develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. The school is seeking a Year 3 Teacher who can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues while maintaining high expectations for achievement and behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress across all areas of learning
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Promote pupils' emotional wellbeing and personal development
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families

About You

The ideal Year 3 Teacher will possess:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential
