Aspire People are currently recruiting for a **qualified and confident Year 3 Teacher** to join a primary school in **Selly Oak** on an ongoing basis.

The successful candidate will have **QTS** and be confident leading and managing a whole class, with a strong understanding of positive behaviour management and classroom routines.

Previous **Year 3 teaching experience is desirable**, although strong primary teaching experience will also be considered.

**The ideal candidate will have:**

* **Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)**
* Previous primary teaching experience
* **Year 3 experience desirable**
* Strong **whole-class behaviour management** skills
* The ability to create a positive, engaging learning environment
* Excellent classroom organisation and communication skills
* A confident, consistent and nurturing approach
* The ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
* A proactive and adaptable attitude
