Year 4 Role for ECTs in Luton - September 2024 Start

We are looking for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for Year 4 in Luton from September 2024! This is an opportunity to work within a ‘Good’ primary school in Luton, Bedfordshire.

 Responsibilities of a Year 4 Teacher:

· Plan and deliver engaging and effective classes to Year 4 students based on the National Curriculum.

· Provide ongoing feedback and support to Year 4 students to encourage growth and development.

· Create a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.

· Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.

· Use data to inform teaching decisions and adapt instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

· Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on Year 4 student progress.

· Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Suitable Applicants Must Have:

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

· Proven experience teaching Year 4 in a primary school setting.

· Dedication to providing high-quality education to children.
