Job Description:

We are currently working in partnership with a welcoming, two-form entry primary school in Clacton-on-Sea, seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join the team from September 2025 on a permanent contract.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive Year 4 lessons that align with the National Curriculum
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where all students can thrive
• Maintain clear behaviour expectations and use consistent positive reinforcement strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues across the school to ensure consistency and high standards
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers and external agencies when required
• Take part in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development
