A Primary School in the BS37 area of South Gloucestershire are currently looking for a Year 4 Teacher to join their team from November on a Full-Time basis for a few weeks to help cover absence.

This 1 form entry Primary School is a lovely, welcoming school who seek to provide the best learning development for their staff and pupils. 

The Role

This position is a fixed term position available from November until the Christmas Holidays.. 

The Head Teacher is seeking a Qualified Teacher who has prior experience working within a KS2 class, someone who is knowledgeable and able to work in a team environment to support with assessment. 

You will be expected to: 

• Deliver exceptional lessons.
• Work collaboratively with other key stage teachers to plan outstanding lessons. 
• Work closely with other year group staff to provide equal opportunities for children.  
• Communicate with the class Teaching Assistant to provide the best support for SEND children. 
• Mark and assess children’s development in line with the schools marking scheme.
• Build relationships with staff, pupils and parents.
