Responsibilities: As the Year 4 Teacher, your role will involve planning, delivering, and assessing a broad and engaging curriculum. You will have the opportunity to shape the learning experiences of our students, ensuring that they make progress in a safe and nurturing environment.

  Plan and deliver effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners in the Year 4 cohort.


• 
  Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and setting achievable targets.


• 
  Support and guide students, building their confidence and independence in their learning.


• Work closely with other staff members to deliver high-quality lessons and ensure consistency across year groups.


• 
  Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress.


• Participate in school development initiatives and contribute to team meetings and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

• 
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent


• At least one year of experience teaching Year 4 or similar Key Stage 2 students


• Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum
  


• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with students, parents, and colleagues


• A commitment to inclusive teaching practices and supporting the development of every student
