Teaching Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to engage Year 4 students.


• Monitor and assess Year 4 students’ academic progress, providing feedback and setting improvement targets.


• Foster a classroom environment that promotes self-confidence, independence, and mutual respect.


• Collaborate with colleagues to design effective learning strategies for Year 4 students.


• Work closely with parents to keep them informed of Year 4 students' progress and any areas of concern.

Requirements:

• PGCE or equivalent qualification.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• Experience teaching Year 4 students.


• A sound knowledge of the National Curriculum.


• Strong classroom management skills.
