Responsibilities:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the class. You will help foster an inclusive and positive environment, guiding students to achieve their best both academically and personally.

  Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Year 4 students.

  Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and setting goals for improvement.

  Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver a creative, dynamic curriculum.

Requirements:

• 
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification


• Proven experience teaching Year 4 or similar primary age groups


• Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies


• Strong classroom management and communication skills


• Passionate about making a positive impact on student development


• Ability to work effectively within a supportive and collaborative team environment
