Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 students, in line with the National Curriculum.


• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to support individual development.


• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages enthusiasm for learning and respect for others.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum and share best practices.


• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about progress and addressing any concerns.


• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school activities to contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.


• In-depth knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices.


• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.


• A passionate, creative, and student-focused teacher dedicated to helping all children succeed.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
