Year 4 Teacher - North Lincolnshire

An established and forward-thinking primary school in North Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a motivated Year 4 Teacher. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work within a cohesive Key Stage 2 team that values creativity, structure, and high expectations.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that challenge pupils while supporting their academic confidence. The school promotes a balanced curriculum that encourages curiosity, independence, and resilience.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering structured and engaging Year 4 lessons

• Using assessment to inform planning and intervention

• Promoting positive behaviour and classroom routines

• Supporting pupils with varying learning needs

The successful applicant will have:

• QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification

• Experience teaching in KS2

• Strong organisational skills

• Confident communication with pupils and parents
