CALLING ALL PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Teacher looking for your next opportunity in Coventry? We are currently seeking an experienced and committed teacher to join a welcoming primary school on a full-time basis for two terms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to become part of a supportive school community and make a real difference to the learning, progress and confidence of pupils as they prepare for the transition to secondary education. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, purposeful lessons across the Year 6 curriculum, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and ensuring that every pupil is supported to achieve their full potential.

WHAT ARE SOME DUTIES OF THIS ROLE

* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated and high-quality lessons in line with the Year 6 National Curriculum.
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day teaching and learning of a Year 6 class.
* Assess pupils' learning regularly and use assessment information to identify gaps and adapt teaching accordingly.
* Prepare pupils effectively for their SATs, while maintaining a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum.
* Establish and maintain high expectations of behaviour, achievement and personal development.

WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO WORK WITH ASPIRE PEOPLE?

* Extensive experience of the year 6 curriculum
* An enhanced DBS on the updated service
* Up-To-date safeguarding and allergy training
* References covering the last 2 years of employment
