Class: A lively cohort with “a couple of characters” requiring strong behaviour management and positive relationship -building. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in energetic environments and enjoys creating engaging, literacy -rich lessons.
Essential Requirements
• Strong, confident behaviour management
• Proven success working with challenging classes
• Solid understanding of KS2 curriculum
• Ability to deliver engaging learning experiences for mixed -ability learners
Experience / Salary Band
• School will consider: M1 –M4
While this is not a fully supported LSA model, the class benefits from targeted assistance:
• Two 1:1 LSAs within the classroom
• Additional LSA offering occasional support
• No full -time general classroom LSA
