Salary: MPS 1 - MPS 4 (£206 - £237 per day)

A friendly and welcoming one-form entry primary school in Streatham is seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to join their team from September. This is an exciting full-time opportunity combining three days teaching a Year 5 class and two days providing PPA cover across the school.

Working through our agency, you will join a supportive school community with a strong focus on pupil wellbeing, high expectations, and a broad, engaging curriculum.

The Role: This varied and rewarding position will involve:

Teaching a Year 5 class for three days each week, planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils.
Providing high-quality PPA cover for two days each week across different year groups.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Assessing, monitoring, and reporting on pupil progress.
Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure excellent outcomes for all pupils.
Building positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.The Ideal Candidate The school is looking for a teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally including Year 5.
Can adapt confidently to teaching across a range of primary year groups.
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and high expectations.
Is creative, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching.
Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to school life.
Has a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment practices.Applications from both experienced teachers and confident Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome.
