Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

A friendly and forward-thinking primary school in Aylesbury is seeking a Year 6 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for a passionate and committed teacher looking to make a real impact in the final year of primary education. What you'll be doing:

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons for Year 6 pupils

• Preparing pupils for SATs with confidence and care

• Differentiating teaching to meet a range of learning needs

• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Assessing and tracking pupil progress in line with national expectations

• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support pupil achievement

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential

• Experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6

• Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

• Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils of all abilities

• A commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences and raising attainment
