Job Specification:

• Lead the Year 6 team, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning.

• Oversee curriculum planning and assessment within the year group.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive school improvement initiatives.

• Monitor pupil progress and implement strategies to raise attainment.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven experience in upper Key Stage 2, preferably Year 6.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
