Person Specification:

• Qualified Primary Teacher with UK QTS
• Must have Year 6 experience and confidence with SATs preparation
• Ambitious, reflective, and ready to lead
• Strong communicator and team player
• A track record of good to outstanding teaching
• Committed to driving standards and supporting pupils through transition to secondary
