SANZA is working with a Catholic school in Brent renowned for Year 6 excellence and SATs success. They are seeking a highly organised and confident practitioner to lead an aspirational Year 6 class into their final year with focus, strategy, and heart.

• Outstanding Year 6 outcomes (above 90% ARE)

• Daily booster provision led by senior leaders

• SLT with teaching backgrounds and deep curriculum knowledge

• Modern resources including Chromebooks, diagnostic assessment tools

• Lead core subject preparation with a structured scheme of work

• Mentor an ECT and coordinate one subject if applicable (TLR offered)

• Work closely with assessment lead to track, support, and challenge

• Solid KS2 SATs experience or strong readiness to step up

• Deep understanding of assessment-led intervention

• Calm, strategic and passionate about high expectations
