Primary School Teacher 

First for Education are seeking a Year 6 Teacher for a Primary School on the outskirts of Kidderminster. This is a short-term position, offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching within a supportive and well-structured school environment until October half-term at the first instance. 
The school has a strong focus on pupil progress and inclusive learning, with a collaborative staff team and a positive learning culture, making it an excellent opportunity for a Primary Teacher looking to develop their practice in a supportive setting.

 Primary Teacher role requirements: 

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting and ideally in upper Key Stage 2
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum 
Ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons 
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills 
A proactive and reflective approach to teaching 
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing 
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply  
The successful  Primary Teacher will: 

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
Differentiate teaching to meet a range of learning needs
Monitor, assess and track pupil progress 
Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies 
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment 
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO and leadership
