We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 6 Class Teacher to join our inclusive and high-achieving primary school in Lincolnshire from January 2026. This is a permanent position, open to full-time and part-time applicants, with potential for a TLR for subject or phase leadership

The Role
Position: Year 6 Class Teacher
Location: Lincolnshire
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time Considered
TLR: Available for Subject or Phase Leadership (for the right candidate)

As our Year 6 Teacher, you will:

• Lead a motivated Year 6 class, preparing pupils for SATs and secondary transition.


• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and confidence.


• Use assessment to ensure strong progress for all pupils.


• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture.


• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff.


• (If applicable) Lead a subject or phase area as part of a TLR.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).


• Have experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6.


• Are confident in SATs preparation and secondary transition.


• Are reflective, organised, and excellent communicators.


• Show creativity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to inclusion.


• Are open to leadership responsibilities if seeking a TLR.
