Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (30 hours over 3 full days)

Salary: Starting from £12.21 per hour (National Living Wage / age-dependent minimums apply)

What You'll Be Doing:

• Spark Imaginations: Bring learning to life by leading lively songs, storytelling, sensory play, and creative activities tailored to early years stages.
  

• Champion Milestones: Observe, celebrate, and document the growth of little learners, sharing key developmental moments with proud parents and carers.
  

• Provide Loving Care: Build secure, trusted bonds with babies and toddlers, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to explore.
  

• Foster Strong Partnerships: Connect closely with families, offering warm daily handovers and informative developmental updates.
  

• Collaborate & Grow: Work alongside an enthusiastic, close-knit team that values creativity, high safety standards, and fun!
  

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Qualifications: Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or a recognized equivalent early years qualification.
  

• Skill & Passion: A natural talent for engaging young children and babies, paired with sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and childcare best practices.
  

• Communication & Energy: A warm, proactive approach, great organizational abilities, and positive communication skills.
  

• Safety First: Ability to complete/hold an Enhanced DBS check. Paediatric First Aid certification is a huge bonus!
