As Youth Administration Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Liverpool centre, helping to create a welcoming, organised and positive experience for every young person who walks through the door. You’ll be their first point of contact, answering questions, helping them get to appointments and keeping colleagues updated about arrivals or changes. Your organisation will also give our frontline teams more time to focus on supporting young people into employment.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining reception duties with essential administration. You’ll coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records and calendars, respond to enquiries and support the team with tasks such as data entry and document preparation. You’ll handle personal information carefully and help maintain a safe, inclusive environment, escalating any safeguarding or wellbeing concerns appropriately.

You’ll hit the ground running if you’re approachable, calm and highly organised, with experience of supporting customers or visitors and providing administration in a busy environment. You’ll be comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital systems, managing competing priorities and communicating clearly with different people. This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in Liverpool, with an expectation that you’ll work from the centre five days a week.
