This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people and help them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in developing social skills, emotional regulation, confidence, and resilience.

*

Work collaboratively with teaching staff, families, and external agencies to provide consistent support.

*

Monitor and record pupil progress, behaviour, and wellbeing, maintaining accurate and confidential records.

*

Provide pastoral support and intervention when pupils become dysregulated or require additional support.

About You:

*

A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning.

*

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and work effectively as part of a team.

*

A strong understanding of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

*

Relevant qualifications in youth work, education, psychology, health and social care, or related fields are desirable, although full training will be provided.

We Offer:

*

Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

*

A rewarding and varied working environment where no two days are the same.

*

Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

*

The opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people with SEMH needs.

*

Competitive pay rates of approximately £14.23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can make a real difference, we would love to hear from you. Bring your passion and dedication to a role that offers both challenge and reward while helping young people achieve positive outcomes.
