YouTube Channel Coordinator

Content Creation & Editing: Deliver scalable, re-packaged content and bespoke creative edits, such as Interactive Shorts and Thematic Compilations, using existing brand assets. Contribute to creative brainstorming by suggesting new data-backed concepts identified in the content. Edit and re-version high-quality video content (compilations, highlight reels, shorts) from existing assets. Create visually engaging thumbnails, overlays, and YouTube artwork. Deliver content in multiple aspect ratios (including vertical) and formats optimized for YouTube and Shorts. Batch edit and export assets using workflow automation where possible. Support localisation workflows: audio swaps, VO syncing, and metadata inputs for regional versions. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, and production teams to ensure cohesive and strategic video output. Technical Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects is a bonus. Workflow Savvy: Comfortable with batch exports, presets, and automated processes for scaling output. Creative & Detail-Oriented: Eye for design, storytelling, and brand consistency, with high attention to detail. Highly Organized: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines, and maintain structured workflows. Collaborative: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments and stakeholders. Passionate About Brands & Audiences: Especially children's entertainment and YouTube's evolving creator landscape. Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and oral); additional languages are a plus for supporting localisation.
