Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Marketing, Product Development, and Brand Management, to align YouTube strategies with broader business objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Present detailed and contextualised reports on channel performance, growth strategies, and key insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on objectives. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices. Proven Experience: Extensive experience managing large-scale YouTube channels, with a strong understanding of YouTube's platform, algorithms, and best practices, and a demonstrated ability to grow and maintain successful brand channels. Advanced Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools; deep understanding of all YouTube features, including advanced analytics and Tubular Labs Strategic & Analytical Thinker: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into simple, actionable growth strategies. Creative and innovative mindset with a willingness to learn. Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
