Position:

We have an opening for a Boutique Manager who is as exceptional as this brand to deliver a strong brand presence in Edinburgh. We are looking for a highly ambitious and motivated Luxury Retail Manager with a proven track record of over-achieving continual year-on-year revenue growth to come on board and assist in leading a passionate, driven team. The ability and confidence to build and develop customer relationships is paramount.

We want to offer exceptional service to our valued clients and we work hard across all disciplines to achieve this, as outlined below;

  • People Management - holding regular 121s, coaching and developing and creating a winning environment and celebrating success
  • Sales Floor Management - ensuring all basic processes are followed and the client needs are being met
  • Stock Management - reviewing and analysing data to make informed decisions regarding stock and merchandising
  • Building Long Lasting Client Relationships - taking customer care to the next level, going the extra mile

Requirements:
