As the Director of Retail Sales, you will be responsible for strategically leading the retail operations of HSL, supporting the Head of Retail to ensure that all stores operate efficiently and profitably. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive and develop the Retail and Home Visit Business, with a key focus on driving sales growth whilst ensuring world-class levels of customer experience through all retail touchpoints.
