About The Role

Leicester City Football Club have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Retail operation on a casual basis, ensuring the Club maintains our high standards of providing exceptional customer experience to all.

With an opportunity to be deployed either in our Foxes Fanstore, supporting our E-Commerce activity or ensuring an efficient Inventory and Logistics service is provided, the Club is looking to grow its casual workforce to ensure we provide exceptional customer experience at times of peak demand.

If you are flexible for opportunities across weekdays, evenings and weekends (including working matchdays) the broad remit of this role will provide a great opportunity to build experience of working in a varied retail environment with wide-ranging tasks and responsibilities.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate their exceptional levels of customer service to customers and colleagues alike, ideally having experience within a similar retail environment, and be confident in their verbal and written communication skills. We're looking for somebody who is flexible, can work well within a team, and has a willingness to learn new skills.

Formed in 1884, Leicester City became Premier League champions in 2016; this remarkable achievement qualified them for the UEFA Champions League for the first time in the Club’s history, and the Foxes went on to reach the quarter finals of the competition.
