Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Customer Controller to join our Customer Service team in Warrington.

As a Customer Controller, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and service within a dynamic and supportive environment, ensuring a consistently high level of professionalism for Stobart's clientele.

Shift Pattern: Tuesday 6pm-2am, Wednesday-Friday 6pm-6am.

Salary: £26,416 per annum.

Key Duties of Customer Controller:

• Responding to inquiries from internal and external parties.
• Maintaining a strong customer focus.
• Ensuring accurate creation of jobs in the Stobart in-house system for timely delivery based on customer requirements.
• Being the point of contact for customer queries before collection or after delivery.
• Optimizing job grouping for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Executing amendments in Stobart's internal system and informing the planning department as needed.
• Coordinating return and redelivery actions with customers according to the appropriate process and rates.
• Collaborating with Forecasting and Planning departments for additional or urgent loads and related costs.
• Generating KPI reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis within specified timelines.
