We are looking for a Deputy Head of Retail to support and assist the Head of Retail & Marketing in achieving annual income and contribution budgets. The role involves supporting the commercial management of both physical retail shops and e-commerce operations while delivering the operational plan to improve efficiencies. You will line manage a team of 3, ensuring professional development of each area and managing resource effectively, building a flexible team able to excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have charity retail experience and can demonstrate knowledge and familiarity with data analysis. Support the Head of Retail in the development and implementation of the Retail Strategy Lead and manage the end to end bought in goods process, from sourcing and planning, to trading, markdown and exit Explore, develop and implement commercial opportunities for growing the retail business Support the Head of Retail in managing the retail property portfolio Track record of successful commercial delivery, ideally in a multi-channel retail environment Proven ability in analysing data to drive digital trading performance Proven background in data reporting and KPI identification Excellent people skills and management experience In return, we have a generous benefits package which includes:
