Reporting directly into the CEO you will be the HR lead for the UK business. The company has a lovely family feel to it more than corporate and this would suit a more hands on HR professional who still enjoys the day to day of HR but has the capacity and the ability to operate at a senior level, influencing key stakeholders and getting involved in both strategic and operational work The business at the moment will rely on you for its technical expertise and whilst you will have a team supporting you on the operational delivery side you will need to have up-to-date operational HR knowledge across all areas. Ideally this role would suit someone who has operated in a professional services multi-site business who has managed people and operated across various sites remotely as well as face to face. Please note this role is not remote and will be based in Leeds.
