Job Description - Head of HR- Retail

Job Description Seeking an experienced Head of People and Culture to lead HR strategy and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture. Oversee talent management, leadership development, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Talent Management: Develop strategies for attracting, managing, developing, and retaining top talent. Design succession plans. Leadership Development: Create programs to equip leaders with skills to advance company goals. Foster a coaching culture. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead recruitment strategy and efficient hiring process. Oversee successful onboarding. Employee Engagement and Culture: Champion positive work environment and employee satisfaction. Measure engagement levels and develop improvement strategies. HR Operations and Compliance: Ensure smooth payroll, benefits, leave management, and compliance with labour laws. Qualifications: Proven HR leadership experience, preferably in tech sector. Strong understanding of HR functions, talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Excellent leadership and ability to drive HR strategies in a growing company. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with HR software and tools.
