Founded in 2010 by Antonin Chartier, a 23-year old psychology student with a passion for entrepreneurship. Chartier’s concept was simple: quality glasses, fair prices and a positive social impact.

Over a decade later, little has changed. Now with over 100 stores across Europe and UK, Jimmy Fairly is successfully bringing back great style and a smile to the optical world. Great style by dropping on-trend designs every 6 weeks, with a short-circuit manufacturing process that does not compromise on quality or our planet. A smile with a customer-centric approach, from the moment a customer enters a Jimmy store, to having their eyes tested by our expert optometrists and seeking help from our exceptional after-care team.

The Role You will report directly to our Head of International markets and will be responsible for retail performances in our freshly launched international markets: UK, Belgium, Spain, Italy & Germany (50 stores in 2024).
Full of energy, challenge driven & a real expert of retail.

Mission: maximize business performances in your regions working closely with your area managers.

Team: 4 area / country managers, 1 international talent acquisition

Retail performance

• Define and set with the Head of International Markets clear objectives, business actions plans and budgets for your regions
• Build and implement the retail animation strategy through the right routine & tools for the retail team
• In-store visit 80% of your time to support the teams, provide quantitative and qualitative feedback to management and propose action plans
• Be aware of competitors activity, conduct Mystery Visits on competitors, develop effective networking across the perimeter followed
• Make sure we hire the best profiles ensuring high performances & brand fit
• Work on career path, retention program & performance review hand in hand with 
• Improve training program & tools to ensure the team excellency in collaboration with area managers

Retail operations

• Uphold respect of Jimmy Fairly’s standards and procedures (visual, merchandising, maintenance, grooming, stock, etc.) and ensure operational excellence
• Stock inventories
• Finance & accountability process
• Make sure local compliance are respected

Your profile
We are looking for a talent excited to work in a fast-paced environment, to grow and manage in a self-starter environment with endless potential. A strong retail culture & business mindset.

Proficiency in english is mandatory + another language among french, spanish, italian

A previous experience in one of these countries would be highly appreciated: UK, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Germany

• At least 2 years’ experience as a retail manager in retail / fashion / accessorize / beauty
