HR Director - Retail

Head of HR Position We are excited to be partnering with a UK based distributor of a fantastic portfolio of international food brands, to hire a talented individual to step into a newly created Head of HR position. The business is ready to bring HR in-house in order to support their ambitious growth plans moving forward and play an instrumental role in developing and implementing HR strategies that directly contribute to business objectives. We're searching for a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record in HR management. Have comprehensive experience across various HR functions including policies & procedures, recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, and colleague engagement. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices. Excel in building strong relationships and working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with web-based HR management systems. HR certification (CIPD or equivalent) Experience working in the FMCG industry The role is being offered on a hybrid (60:40) basis and could also be considered on a 4-day-a-week arrangement. #
