You will take full responsibility for the brands in stores by maximising the sales objectives and managing, motivating, developing, and coaching our in-store teams, the absolute heart of our business.The region consists of stores across the Midlands and Northeast of the UK.
We are looking for an exceptional experienced Retail and Education Area Manager who can blend strategic business acumen with a service-led coaching style to navigate the future of our retail space. You will lead by example, with a genuine excitement and love for our brands, luxury retail and exceptional customer experiences.
People and Retail Management:
- Have a passion for your people – as part of your role you will strategically spend a lot of time in store coaching and developing Face designers with a focus ondevelopment of service and commercial skill sets.
- You thrive on change and seize any opportunity to innovate, with a proven track record in developing and recruiting top talent.
- You will ooze genuine passion for our Couture beauty brands and want to be the best in the luxury beauty market across all your stores.
- You will be an expert coach and be able to adapt your style to support and inspire your teams in different retailer models. Leveraging your business acumen and skills to influence future retailer initiatives.
- You will lead by example with your teams, taking your customers on a personalised journey, by demonstrating empathy and delivering a memorable, world class experience.
- Develop your retail teams across multiple beauty doors to deliver outstanding service whilst driving productivity in line with Brand retail strategy, achieving KPI’s.
- You will confidently engage with and influence our Retailers and Senior stakeholders, putting in place strong retail strategies to grow your portfolio.
- Manage a multiband portfolio.
Operations:
- Own the talent development and coaching of your retail teams to exceed targets and provide career progression, upskilling and enabling Team Managers
- Take ownership and manage HR cases within your team.
- Monitor and report back on stock levels to optimize performance.
- Always ensure excellence of brand image in the stores; counters, displays, team, etc.
- Champion simplicity through ways of working with Head Office and Field based teams.
- Ability to strategically forecast and meet your agreed productivity targets with financial management of budget and expenses.
- Provide proactive feedback to Head Office departments to help drive collaboration between brands.
- Oversee and influence across-functions to ensure a joint-up approach through Education, Artistry and Events in your stores.
- Highly resourceful, flexible and ability to solve problems.
