Parts Manager - Basic Salary: £35,000 + Bonus

We are recruiting for a Parts Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department. The salary on offer for this Parts Manager is £40,000 OTE with a basic of £35,000. Parts Manager Person Specification: - A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
- Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
- Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
- Motivating and developing the Parts Team
- Strong Interpersonal Skills The responsibilities of this Parts Manager role are: - Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
- Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
- As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
