Job Overview:

We are seeking customer and sales focused Retail Assistants to join our Pharmacy team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers and driving sales. Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their queries

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays

- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking merchandise

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service

- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales

- Excellent communication skills, fluency in Arabic is desirable

- Ability to communicate effectively with customers

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport

- Ability to work well in a team environment
