Selling Assistant: Your day will be varied, from delivering service with a smile at the till to assisting customers with their online orders. You will be an ambassador for the John Lewis & Partners brand and you’ll delight in going above and beyond to exceed our customers expectations. You'll proactively engage with customers on the shop floor to ensure they find and fall in love with our luxurious products and unique services. Selling hours: The earliest possible start time for this role would be 9.45AM although some of our available rotas will include evenings (5PM to 8.10PM) and longer days at the weekends. Catering Assistant Your passion for food and drink will enable you to provide much-needed refreshments to our customers in our in-store cafe. We’ll equip you with the skills and knowledge to advise customers with confidence and fuel them for the rest of their shopping experience! You’ll also support our subsidised staff canteen, and deal with stock arriving at the back door. Catering hours: The earliest possible start time for this role would be 8.30AM. Desired experience: Experience in a similar background ie: retail, customer service is desirable however full training will be provided. A mix of digital learning and on the job training will ensure you feel confident and supported in your new role.
