Retail Colleague

Pearse Partners has partnered with a global Investment Bank looking to expand their Consumer & Retail team. The team has an extremely active deal flow and are looking to expand to provide support to deal teams. Key responsibilities: Execution of transactions (M&A) across the Consumer & Retail sectors Manage and mentor juniors within the team Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, including drafting IM's, preparing pitch presentations and supporting senior management throughout the M&A process Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships Ideal Background:

• 3+ years IB M&A experience
• An interest in the C&R space - experience isn't required
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
