As a Retail Marketplace Manager, you will be an integral part of the Entain family, delivering top customer service and driving standards on a daily basis. Contribute to the protection of our customers through the implementation of our Responsible Gambling and overall compliance strategy. Ensure you and your team maintain high shop standards in terms of appearance and cleanliness. Follow our recruitment, induction, and ongoing learning and development processes to help build a strong shop team. Complete shop rotas to agreed timescales and with fairness and the work-life balance of your team in mind. Do you have the ability to drive performance and achieve results? Do you enjoy building strong relationships and can you communicate effectively? Are you happy to work alone or as part of team? Our shops can be open from Monday to Sunday 8am - 10pm depending on the location. This includes weekends and bank holidays. You will work 5 days from 7 and ensure that you schedule yourself to work alongside each member of your shop team regularly. You will complete rotas at least four weeks in advance.
